Due to Covid-19, we have had to make some changes to the way we work. We review our risk assessment regularly, and you can find the latest copy below.
Public Health England's website has the latest information and guidance around the Covid 19 pandemic.
Please remember it is vitally important that if anyone in your household has any of the following symptoms they self-isolate at home and arrange for a PCR test;
- a high temperature – this you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
- a new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)
- a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you've noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal
If a child develops any of the above symptoms whilst they are at nursery their parents/carers will be called to collect them immediately, staff will wear PPE and the above advice to self-isolate/get tested will be given. Your whole family must self-isolate if any member has symptoms of COVID-19 or is awaiting a PCR test result.
