This is a permanent term-time only role, plus 5 INSET days per year.  Working hours are 34.75 per week (8:45am to 4:00pm - Tuesdays until 5:00pm)

Salary: RG4 SCP11 to SCP17 (below gateway) - FTE £25,979-£28,770

Actual salary £20,893 to £23,138 per year

We are seeking an enthusiastic, flexible and motivated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to work alongside our Snowflakes coordinator in leading the team and working as a key person in our highly regarded nursery school.

As a Level 3 Room Leader, you will play a key role in shaping the early development of children aged 3-5. Your responsibilities will include taking the lead with the planning and implementation of care routines whilst ensuring that the children receive a balanced and extensive curriculum, as well as maintaining strong communication with parents and colleagues.

The successful candidate will be: 

  • Qualified to Level 3 in Early Years Education and Childcare with SENDCO accreditation, or equivalent skills and knowledge gained through experience
